Sola Airshow: Red Bull's

The Flying Bulls have a great Flight Park as they operate from their base in Salzburg in Austria.
This summer they head north with their flagship DC-6B and their P-38L Lightning to please us.

DC-6 was a relatively common sight at Sola in the 60's when both SAS and Braathens operated this type of aircraft. The Flying Bulls exsample was built in 1958 and was operated by JAT of Yugoslavia until 1975 when it was sold to Kenya.

The machine was taken over by the Flying Bulls in 2000 and was fully restored in 2004. P-38 has just as we know, never been to Norway before. Red Bull individual was built in 1944 and dimmiterte from the U.S. air force in 1945. The machine is a relatively new addition to the Flying Bulls fleet. For more information on the Flying Bulls ,visit their website. http://www.flyingbulls.at/
